Historic Tax Credits

kta preservation specialists has provided services to both public and private developers seeking to implement NY State  and Federal Historic Tax Credits.  The former F.N. Burt Factory Building C is just one example of our historic tax credit projects, where the developer has completed a 6 million dollar rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the 7-story factory, installing restaurant space on the ground floor and approximately 40 residential units in the 61,000 square foot building, now known as the Crescendo Building, on Niagara Street.  The use of historic tax credits was fundamental to financing this development, and these finances were obtained through the assistance and services of kta preservation specialists in 2015-2016.

Other projects of this nature include:

The Wellman Building, Jamestown, New York; The University Club, Buffalo, New York; 61 Johnson Park, Buffalo, New York; The Buckingham, Buffalo, New York; The Mariner, Buffalo, New York; The Red Jacket, Buffalo, New York; The Karnak, Buffalo, New York; The Linwood, Buffalo, New York; The Phoenix, Buffalo, New York; The Rae, Buffalo, New York; The Columbus, Buffalo, New York; The Florence, Buffalo, New York; Immaculate Conception Rectory, Buffalo, New York; Eggert Road School, Buffalo, New York; 960 Busti, Buffalo, New York.
